Lincoln Book Festival

Returning to Lincoln in October, this annual literary festival celebrates the finest history writing and historical fiction.

Lincoln Book Festival is committed to honouring the rich heritage of the city of Lincoln by delivering a literary festival with history at its heart that appeals to audiences of all ages.

Every year, the festival aims to offer a varied and interesting programme with a core of history writing and historical fiction.

This is complemented by a variety of different literary genres and formats, including children’s and young adults’ fiction, journalism and contemporary fiction, along with workshops, competitions and family events.
